Kirkpatrick Announces Run For Barren County Jailer

GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) -- Justin Glenn Kirkpatrick announced his candidacy for Barren County Jailer on Thursday.

He currently serves on the Glasgow police force. According to his resume, he used to serve as Deputy jailer at the Barren County Corrections Facility from January of 2008 to July of 2009. He graduated from Glasgow High School in 2003 and is currently an assistant coach on the soccer team.

Kirkpatrick said he plans to run a positive campaign against current Jailer Matt Mutter and current Barren County Magistrate Rickey Spillman.
