Knox County Fire Sends 2 to the Hospital
At least two people have been injured in an eastern Kentucky apartment fire.

HAZARD, Ky. (AP) -- At least two people have been injured in an eastern Kentucky apartment fire.
The fire broke out overnight at a two-story apartment building in Knox County.
Fire units were still on the scene at dawn on Thursday.
The station quoted emergency dispatchers in reporting two people were taken to hospitals -- one of them was transferred to University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
The fire is believed to have begun on the lower floor of the building in the Artemus community
