HICKORY, Ky. (AP) -- Kentucky State Police are searching for a man wanted for bail jumping and questioning about incidents in at least two counties.

Trooper say 37-year-old Herbert Wilford Smith of Smithland has active warrants for his arrest with bond amounts in excess of $25,000 in Livingston County. The warrants are for bail jumping and failing to make the required disposition of property.

Troopers say they also want to talk with Smith about incidents in Graves and Calloway counties.

Smith is described as a white male, standing approximately 6 feet tall, 150-plus pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Trooper say Smith might have initially fled to the state of Florida; however, it is unknown if he is back in the western Kentucky area.
