BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The National Corvette Museum isn't the only area in town being disrupted by sinkholes.
A large sinkhole on Cave Mill Road has one neighbor concerned. The sinkhole is in a resident's yard, but is only two feet away from the road.
Bowling Green Public Works blocked it off and warns people to not approach a visible sinkhole.
"We're trying to figure out what we can do with this, to either fill it in or make it a useful drainage structure. We'll monitor it for a while and we'll get all the easements checked. We'll see where we are at on that and we will come in and see about making repairs," said Gary Hardin, The City of Bowling Green Public Works Supervisor.
Today, two other large sinkholes appeared at the Soccer Complex on Lover's Lane. One is in between two soccer fields and the other is on the disc golf course.
