Sean Covey, founder of The Leader in Me, was in Bowling Green today touring Moss Middle School.
The program has been implemented in all of Bowling Green and Warren County's elementary schools, and some middle schools.
More than 1,000 schools nationwide are following The Leader in Me program.
"The purpose of the school is not just core academics, you also need to teach these life skills. Those are the skills employers want-- character traits and also the culture of the school and how it feels to be in the school and the excitement level of the staff," Covey says.
The Leader in Me takes three years to be implemented into schools.
The program has been in Warren County and Bowling Green Elementary Schools for six months.
