As we had into December one local farmers market says they will not be closing down for winter.
The Bowling Green Community Farmers Market kicked off their new winter market Saturday.
There is still your normal produce along with plenty of arts and crafts for the holidays.
Vendors say they are excited to be able to offer more time and more products to their customers.
"As a crafter and art vender it is important for me because most people are buying around this time of the year so it allows me to be exposed to people who want to buy local on a regular basis for all of the different holidays that are going on," says Derek Guyer of Bald Man's Markings.
The market is held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Center for Research & Development in Bowling Green.
