A Logan County man charged with murder in a suspected love triangle will go on trial in February.
44-year-old Timothy Claytor appeared in Logan Circuit Court last week.
Home surveillance footage shows Claytor shooting 46-year-old Dale Holloway just outside Claytor's home on August 30th.
Police say they believe Laura White was having a love affair with both men.
The trial is set for February 18th.
