Kentucky's Lieutenant Governor, Jerry Abramson, talked tax reform to the Bowling Green's Rotary chapter today.
Abramson concentrated on the proposals he and the tax reform commission had created.
This included adding some tax credits, sales taxes for luxury services, and possibly raising the cigarette tax.
The Lt. Governor also shared his thoughts on a run for the state's top elected office.
"Always thinking about it. This will be the year I make a decision," said Abramson.
Abramson also said he doesn't expect the legislature to do anything this session involving tax reform.
