A Central City man is indicted after being accused of breaking his baby's legs.
Bowling Green Police say in March a three-week old girl was taken to the Medical Center with two broken legs.
According to the mother, the child was fine when she left for work, but was inconsolable when she returned.
The father, Shawn Milam, said he thought the dog did it, but medical personnel at Vanderbilt could not find any sign of a dog bite.
Doctors say the injuries were consistent with "non-accidental trauma."
Milam then told police he had pulled the infant's leg and heard a "pop."
He is now in the Warren County Regional Jail and is charged with criminal abuse.
He is due in Warren Circuit Court Monday morning.
According to police the baby is now with the mother and safe.
