RICHMOND, Ky. (AP) -- An Indiana doctor allegedly caught on video pointing a gun at a motorist and firing is facing a wanton endangerment charge in Kentucky.
Dr. Perrin Dobyns pleaded not guilty Wednesday during an appearance in Madison County District Court.
WKYT-TV in Lexington reports Dobyns was arrested at his office at the Branchville Correctional Facility in southwestern Indiana on Monday, the day after the incident on Interstate 75. The station reports Dobyns was the prison's physician.
The incident was captured on video by David Kollar. Kollar says he noticed a motorist driving erratically and pulled out his phone camera. The video shows a man in a black car pointing a gun in Kollar's direction.
Kollar was not hurt. He called police and sent them the video when he returned home.
