Man Dies After Being Injured By Burglars At Louisville Business

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) -- An Indiana man has died one day after being assaulted by burglars that were breaking into his workplace in Louisville.

63 year old Phillip Schulz died Saturday night at UofL hospital, due to head and neck injuries from an assault where he was badly beaten and burned.

Police said Schulz was going into work at Packaging Unlimited Plus in Louisville Friday morning when he was attacked by burglars at the building.

Police say they're searching for persons of interests in the case.

They also say it's being investigated as a homicide.
