A recent investigation led to the arrest of a Glasgow man for allegedly texting sexual conversations and sending pornographic photos to two female juveniles, both of whom are 12 years old.
Jerry W. Francis, 26, of Glasgow, was taken into custody and charged with unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the Commonwealth, to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.
Through further investigation and questioning by Detective Ann Phelps, Francis admitted to having committed the aforementioned crimes over a year's time.
Francis was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center and has since been released on a $2,500 surety bond.
