DANVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A Danville man arrested in a triple shooting that killed two and injured one has entered not guilty pleas to charges of murder, assault and tampering with evidence.
The Advocate-Messenger (http://bit.ly/N9oySs) reports 39-year-old Thomas Hager entered the pleas Wednesday during his arraignment in Boyle Circuit Court. Judge Darren Peckler ordered that Hager continue to be held without bond and assigned two lawyers to represent him.
Hager is accused of fatally shooting 21-year-old Mark Snyder of Waynesburg and 54-year-old Ted Sparks of Danville and injuring Philip White of Lancaster on May 21. Police have said the shootings were drug related but provided few other details.
