Man's Body Found After Fire in Russell County

Units responded to 159 McClendon Road in Nancy, KY.

Firefighters called to mobile home fire in southern Kentucky have found a man's body in the ruins.

WLEX-TV in Lexington reported the blaze broke out around midnight Wednesday in Russell County. The coroner said a 50-year-old man and his cat died in the fire.

Authorities did not immediately release the victim's name. Fire investigators will look for the cause Thursday morning.
