BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) The Medical Center hosted its free Expectant Parent Fair on Sunday afternoon.
Vendors there offered free samples, advice and information on services or businesses related to baby medical care, photography, clothing, formula and more.
"Anything you really could use when you're expecting a baby. As we all know, they don't come with an owner's manual, so it's great to get out in the community and see what services are available so you can get all the advice you need.," said Jane DeMauro, the director of Women's Services at the Medical Center.
"Gave a lot of information, a lot of great vendors, a lot of resources available for first-time moms like myself," said Sarah Hines, who's expecting a child in October.
"A lot of really good information, stuff we didn't know as expecting parents," said Adam Williams, another expectant parent who was at the fair.
If you missed the fair this time, there will be another one in the fall.
Until then, you can call the center with any questions about the facilities or newborn safety classes at (270) 796-2495.
