WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Senate is expected today to reject President Barack Obama's increase in the federal minimum wage.
The bill would gradually boost the $7.25 hourly minimum to $10.10 over 30 months.
But Republicans are opposed to the bill, saying lawmakers should focus on bills that would create jobs.
