A 13 year old girl who went missing is back home with her family.
The man she was found with in a Daviess County hotel room is arrested.
Investigators say the teen and Randall Wahl II, 36, had been talking online.
Diana Latham said her niece had left her home on Hartford Pike in Livermore and got into a car driven by a man Saturday night.
KSP Troopers began tracking Wahls' cellphone and found the two to a hotel in Owensboro.
Wahl faces a charge of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor along with Possession of Marijuana.
The teen did not have any injuries.
