NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Another of the 30 teenagers who escaped from a detention center in Nashville overnight has turned himself in, leaving the number still on the run at seven.

Tennessee Department of Children's Services said Tuesday that a youth surrendered at the guard shack at Woodland Hills Youth Development Center at about 5:30 p.m. CDT.

Department spokesman Rob Johnson said earlier that 30 teenagers escaped from the center after breaking out of four different locked dormitories late Monday night. They crawled under a weak spot in a chain-link fence.

Police found some walking along roads or coming out of the woods. Others also turned themselves in. Some were returned by families for their own good.
