BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) — Two people indicted in connection to the death of a 19-month-old boy have pleaded not guilty.
Reports say that Robert Roger Dishman of Bowling Green, Ky., entered the plea Monday in Warren Circuit Court to charges of manslaughter and criminal abuse in the death of Adrian Louis Maldonado.
The child's mother, Tiffany Dawn Sampson of Greenbrier, Tenn., has pleaded not guilty to criminal abuse in the case.
The indictment against Dishman says he is accused of wantonly causing a person's death on Aug. 24, 2012 in Bowling Green.
