MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office are investigating the death of a Daviess County man.
They say on Tuesday at approximately 6:30 AM, Muhlenberg County Central Dispatch received a call from constructions workers, regarding a truck that was off the roadway at the bottom of a steep embankment.
Emergency crews responded and say they located the 1998 Dodge truck and found Daniel P. Crowe III inside of the vehicle.
Crowe was pronounced dead at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner's Office.
First responders say they are uncertain when the accident may have occurred.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday to determine whether or not the accident was the cause of death.
