BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- A Central City man accused of breaking his 3 week old baby's legs pleads not guilty in Warren Circuit Court.
A judge heard 24 year old Shawn Milam's plea during an arraignment hearing in the Warren County Justice Center Monday morning.
Milam's family sat front row in the court room as his bond was upheld at $25,000. They said Milam has a clear conscience and that he loved his baby. They also said he changed and grew up the moment the baby was born.
Milam is accused of breaking both of his baby's legs back in March. We plan to speak with Milan's family about the case later in the week. His next court appearance will be a pre-trial conference set for June 16.
