Making the Best Decision About Your Living Will

"By talking about this and making your wishes known, you're protecting yourself from treatment that you don't want. Also, letting your family and physician know what you do want. You're also protecting your family from having to make very touch decisions, at a very tough time," said William Travis, Director of Palliative Care & Hospice Programs.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- Today is National Healthcare Decision Day and in recognition, TJ Samson Community Hospital provided a seminar about advance directives.

"By talking about this and making your wishes known, you're protecting yourself from treatment that you don't want. Also, letting your family and physician know what you do want.
