New Licenses in Warren County

New licenses with security updates became available in Warren county last Thursday.

The installation of equipment had been delayed several weeks.... after other counties found flaws in the system.

The Warren County Circuit Clerk says they have not had any major issues with the new system yet.

"There have been very few glitches in the system. My employees tell me that they like it very much, and it's faster," said Warren County Circuit Clerk Pat Goad.

The new licenses have new security features... that will reduce fraud.

They cost the same amount as the old licenses, and you are not required to buy them until it's time for you to renew your existing license.
