The new Pink Daisy Lilly Pulitzer store in Downtown Bowling Green showed off some of its latest spring fashions to benefit the Symphony at WKU today.
For $25, guests enjoyed lunch and a fashion show, and all proceeds went back to the symphony.
The new Lilly Pulitzer store has been open for just four days, and store owner Dale Augenstein says showing the new clothes not only helps boost sales, but the arts community as well.
"We really enjoy working with groups like the symphony and any kind of fundraising projects that they can have. Today's a very wonderful day for us," he says.
"We're very excited today to have the Pink Daisy store here to host a fashion show to benefit the Symphony as one of our parties of note," says WKU Symphony Executive Director Jennifer Bryant.
Today's fashion show was one of many fundraisers the Symphony holds throughout the year.
The money raised helps the symphony put on five concerts throughout the year.
