Ohio County Burglary Arrest

 The investigation was initiated on December 27, 2013 by Kentucky State Police after they received a complaint about a residential burglary in the 3700 block of Belltown Road in Ohio County. 

OHIO COUNTY, Ky (WBKO) -- On Tuesday, March 18, 2014, police charged 32 year-old Matthew Browning of Whitesville with one count of Burglary 1st degree, and four counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking.

The investigation was initiated on December 27, 2013 by Kentucky State Police after they received a complaint about a residential burglary in the 3700 block of Belltown Road in Ohio County.

The homeowner said four guns valued over $500 were stolen as a result of the residential burglary.

Kentucky State Police troopers and deputies with the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department located Browning last night at his residence and arrested him without incident.

Browning is being held in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.
