Ohio County Robbery Arrests

 Deputies say each man is charged with robbery, kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and engaging in organized crime, for a robbery that took place in the Prentiss area last December.

OHIO COUNTY, Ky (WBKO) -- Those arrested are; Joseph Lee, of Cromwell; Warren Fulton, of Central City; Timothy Shemwell, of Hartford; Michael Lee, who is currently incarcerated in Indianapolis, IN; and Jacob Asberry, who is currently incarcerated in the Daviess County Detention Center.

Deputies say each man is charged with robbery, kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and engaging in organized crime, for a robbery that took place in the Prentiss area last December.

Deputies say the five men went to a home on Patterson Road to get items they believed had been stolen from them.

Two of the men went inside and held the residents at gunpoint, while the others loaded their vehicles with what they believed was their stuff, as well as other items that did not belong to them.

A dog in the home was also killed during the incident.

Additional arrests are expected.
