Three people were seriously injured during a race at the Ohio Valley Dragway when a car lost control.
Officials say during a race Saturday night at the dragway near West Point, a car was pulling up to the burn out box.
Officials say the driver had a medical condition and instead of stopping, he accelerated.
At least two people were hit, one of the driver's crew members and a crew member from a different team.
The driver was air lifted and the other two were taken by ambulance to the hospital.
They are all in serious condition.
