FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- People interested in learning more about Kentucky's new motorcycle operator's license skill test can find a video demonstrating the test on the Internet.

The new test was developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and was implemented on May 1. The Kentucky State Police says it's designed to better determine whether operators possess adequate safety skills for riding in traffic.

The agency is also offering a free motorcycle safety seminar from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. EDT on Thursday in Frankfort. The class is open to up to 100 people and is free.

To view the video, visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4jFFlJqcfs . To register for the seminar, visit http://www.kentuckystatepolice.org/pdf/registrationform--2012.pdf .
