FRANKFORT, Ky.-- The Kentucky Oral History Commission has launched an online set of challenges this summer using its Pass the Word online tool.
The challenges is posted at web site and Facebook page linked below. Participants who successfully complete a challenge are entered to win a digital recorder.
Pass the Word is a centralized database for oral history collections accessible by the public through libraries, museums and archives. All 120 counties are represented, and the site includes more than 15,000 oral history interviews from more than 660 collections.
