Yet another bank has been robbed in Bowling Green.
There have been 3 bank robberies so far this year, and no arrests have been made in any of the cases. The latest one happened around 8a.m. Wednesday at the PBI Bank on Fairview Ave. Only one customer was inside the bank at the time, and police say the robber did not show a weapon.
"A man entered the bank and passed a note to the teller. Once the robbery was over, he left on foot, walking away behind the bank," said Bowling Green Police Public Information Officer Ronnie Ward.
The robber remains at large, and Ward says police have no suspects at this time.
The robber is described as a man with a scruffy face. He is about 5'7" to 5'9" and average build.
He was wearing a black over-coat and sweater with a white collared shirt, and black knit hat and gloves.
