INEZ, Ky. (AP) -- Police say an eastern Kentucky man has been charged with the slaying of two people found in a home in the Tomahawk community of Martin County.
Trooper Shaun Little says 29-year-old Orie Spence Jr., faces two counts of murder. Troopers responding to a shooting complaint Friday night found April and Edger Hedrick of Tomahawk dead inside their home.
Spence is being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville. Jail records did not list an attorney.
Troopers are continuing the investigation.
