Kentucky State Police say they have found a teenage girl who jumped out of a van onto Interstate 64.

WLKY-TV reports 16-year-old Cheyenne Vires was found safe in Lexington around 10 p.m. Tuesday. She had been missing since Friday, when she kicked out the back of a window in a Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services van and jumped out of the vehicle.

Police say Vires wasn't harmed and has been returned to state custody.
