Police Response to Possible Threat at WEHS

The Warren County Sheriff's Office say they were told about a message that was written on a bathroom wall at Warren East High School that was perceived to be a threat.

Police say the word of this perceived threat was spread through social media and text messages.

Police say there is heightened security at the school this morning and they are meeting with school and district
administrators.

School officials and Warren County Sheriff's Deputies are taking every possible measure to ensure the safety of
the students and faculty at Warren East.

The investigation is on-going at this time.
