ALBANY, Ky. (AP) -- Kentucky State Police say the two southern Kentucky brothers accused of killing a 73-year-old man have surrendered.
They say 33-year-old Phillip M. Roberts and 38-year-old Thomas A. Roberts, both of Albany in Clinton County, turned themselves in around 7:15 EDT Friday night.
The brothers were wanted in the slaying of James F. Perdue, who was found dead Wednesday at his rural Clinton County home near the Wayne County line.
