A potential witness in the Larry Thomas murder case has been arrested on other charges.
Bowling Green Police say 19-year-old Siara Thompson is charged with two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. The citation says Thompson admits taking two juvenile girls to Thomas' apartment to buy marijuana the night he was murdered.
Police say the illegal drug deal took place around 10:30 p.m. Monday, September 2. Thomas was killed around 11:00 p.m.
The citation says Thompson is a Residential Advisor at WKU.
In Warren District Court Friday morning, her case was bound over to the grand jury, and a $25,000 surety bond was placed on her.
Police are still looking for whoever killed Larry Thomas.
