BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- Lives were forever changed a year ago today, after shots were fired in the parking lot in front of Michelle's Consignment Boutique in Bowling Green. Friends and family of Brandon Bradshaw continue to remember him and say he will forever be alive in the hearts of those who knew him.
On February 26, 2013, Brandon Bradshaw was rushed to the hospital after suffering multiple gun shot wounds. Bradshaw served as Constable in 2012, Youth Theater Director at SKYPAC and was also a member of an alternative rock band.
"He knew a power of a smile. He was a man of small miracles. He did everything he could, just to make someone's day better," said Randall Erskine, friend of Brandon Bradshaw.
Bradshaw is remembered daily, by his friends and family.
"It hurts so much just to see this place and know this is where i lost my best friend," said Randall Erskine, friend of Brandon Bradshaw.
Randall walked the parking lot this afternoon, around the exact time Bradshaw was shot last year.
"Just talking to him, it brings back so many memories. It is like a nightmare that you can't wake up from," said Randall Erskine, friend of Brandon Bradshaw.
Randall shares his last memories with Bradshaw, while he was hospitalized.
"He touched more people by being asleep, than I have my entire life. If I could tell him just one thing now, I would just tell him that I just miss him so much. It just hurts and I would give anything to have him back for just one more day. I would give anything," said Randall Erskine, friend of Brandon Bradshaw.
Randall says friends will also gather Sunday morning at Brandon's grave site. Randall will play 'Amazing Grace' on his bag pipe, in remembrance of his dear friend.
