A northern Kentucky judge has issued a restraining order preventing the ex-husband of former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader Sarah Jones from coming near her.
The Kentucky Enquirer reports that Jones' ex-husband, Nathan Wilburn, admitted in Kenton County Circuit Court to threatening to break her neck. The judge ordered Wilburn to stay 500 feet from Jones at home and work.
The 27-year-old Jones pleaded guilty this month to criminal charges after admitting she had sex with a high school student she taught.
Jones was placed on a diversion program and will not have to serve prison time if she follows terms of her probation for five years.
According to court records, Jones filed for an annulment in February, and a certified dissolution of marriage was issued on June 13.
