"We've been very fortunate here in Bowling Green, Warren County, even in the midst of the worst economy in quite some time we have continued to grow as a school district. I've been on the board probably ten years and we average 300 students additionally each year," says Mike Wilson, chairman of the Board of Education.

Jody Richards Elementary is also a netzero school, which means it was built to use less energy.
