Bowling Green police are hoping you can help them find a man who robbed a woman on Wednesday.

Police say the victim was walking her dog on Loop Street when a black male came up behind her, wrapped his arms around her, and placed a metal object against her cheek.

The victim says the suspect wouldn't let go of her, so she started yelling.

Police say the suspect shoved the woman to the ground, and ran toward St. Charles Street.

A K9 unit followed the track of the suspect to BG Estate Apartments.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5'7"-6'0" tall, 190-200 pounds, and was wearing dark colored clothing.
