SKyPAC Names New Senior Management Team
SKyPAC has announced its new Senior Management Team, but some vacancies still need to be filled.

The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center (SKyPAC)
announced today that it has completed hiring its senior management team.

SKyPAC Executive Director, Tom Tomlinson, said, “After receiving more than 300 resumes from people
locally and across the nation, we believe we have assembled a solid management group. These people are experts in their fields, leaders, and perhaps most importantly, team players. We have been charged to assist in the realization of a vision for the residents of Bowling Green and indeed all of Kentucky.

With the collaboration and participation of this great city’s arts and education groups we will strive to produce an exciting venue – a destination to be experienced, with something for everyone and as a significant player in the future of a growing downtown.”

Tom Tomlinson, Executive Director. Tom is the founding partner of the Tomlinson-Graham Group, an arts management and facility consulting company based in Georgia. He has previously directed
organizations such as the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts; the Capital and Pantages Theatres in Washington State; the Detroit Opera House; and the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa, CA. Tom serves SKyPAC through a contractual relationship with the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, GA, where Tom is the Managing Director of Capital Projects.

Becky Furbush, Finance Director. Becky’s responsibilities will encompass all areas of SKyPAC’s accounting activities, as well as all Human Resource programs. Becky moved to Bowling Green with
her family 15 years ago, and continues to enjoy the active life of the community. Becky holds a BS in Accounting.

Jackie Goldammer, Booking & Events Director. Jackie will be responsible for the facility’s rental and contracted use, its use schedule, and be the single point of contact for those requesting use of SKyPAC spaces. Jackie will supervise all Front of House operations including the Gallery, Ticket Office and all Food and Beverage services. Jackie’s experience, prior to SKyPAC includes: Assistant Executive Director, Missouri Petroleum Marketers Association; Marketing and PR Director, Kirkegaard Associates;
and Business Development Director, Edward Dugger + Associates, both theatrical architectural acoustics firms. She also assisted in the design process of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s new Symphony
Center. Jackie holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and has held accreditation as a Certified Meeting Planner.

Dawn McGriff, Director of Advancement. (Starting June 1) Dawn comes to SKyPAC from the Gorham’s Bluff Institute in Pisgah Alabama where she developed and directed a multifaceted arts
education program for students. Expanded offerings combined classical and grassroots performances, theater, modern dance, classical ballet, and hands-on workshops. Dawn is a graduate of Rhodes College, Memphis, TN.

Andrea Rudloff, Education Director. (Starting June 13) Andee’s responsibilities are to develop programs with K-12 and higher education institutions, as well as developing in-school and extracurricular arts-in-education programs. A native of Bowling Green, Andee has a multifaceted arts background, serving most recently as Community Relations Manager for the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, where she also served as Educator for Outreach; Curator for the Arts at the Airport in Nashville; and a professional artist, designer, muralist, educator, and recipient of Nashville Scene’s “Best of” Awards for Community Arts Energizer. Andee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of South Florida.

Jan Zarr, Programming Director. (Starting July 1) Jan will be responsible for the development and implementation of SKyPAC performing arts presentations throughout the facility. Jan’s career has been devoted to the performing arts through academics, and community and professional theatre which have encompassed teaching in university settings, scenic design and production, professional touring, and serving the past 14 years in an executive capacity for two performing arts centers. Jan comes to Bowling
Green from Boise ID, where his immediate experience includes Executive Director for the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts. He also held the position of Executive Director of the Dunn Center for
the Performing Arts in Rocky Mount, NC. Jan graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from Texas Christian University.

Erin Biggers, Development and Marketing Associate. Erin is responsible for donor stewardship, contacts, and solicitation events. She is a long time Bowling Green resident and attended Western
Kentucky University where she majored in PR and Marketing. Erin has spent numerous hours as a community fundraising volunteer, and has served on several non-profit boards.

Betty McGuire, Executive Assistant. Betty McGuire holds the position of Executive Assistant to Tom Tomlinson and will support him in the day-to-day activities of the SKyPAC office. Betty has recently
returned with her family to Bowling Green from Lexington, KY, and is delighted to be back and involved with SKyPAC. Betty is a graduate of Western Kentucky University (WKU) and holds a BA in Textiles &
Clothing. She currently serves on the WKU National Alumni Board.

Deborah Stein, Development and Marketing Associate. Deborah’s responsibilities include donor records management; donor stewardship, and the support of development efforts. Prior to coming to SKyPAC, she worked as Executive Assistant at Siloam Family Health Center in Nashville TN. She also worked with a Nashville based consulting group and non-profits such as Nashville Safe Haven Family Shelter; Faith Family Medical Clinic; and Tennessee Wildlife Federation. Deborah holds two Master of Music degrees from Southern Methodist University.

SKyPAC Board Chairman, Rick McCue, commented, “This is an exciting time for SKyPAC. Construction of the building remains on schedule and Tom is assembling a highly professional team that will allow SKyPAC to meet the Bowling Green community’s expectations for SKyPAC as a home for arts activities for the entire community and as a significant economic driver for the region. Great things are in store. All of us on the Board are proud of where we are today, and look forward with excitement for what is to come.”

SKyPAC continues to search for candidates to fill a variety of positions over the coming months. These include: Director of Facilities, Facilities Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, Technical Director, IT/ Web Manager, Ticket Office Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager, Gallery Manager, Front of House/
