School Bus Accident in Marion Co.

The 13 students on the bus were not injured and were transported from the scene by a second bus to school.

Kentucky State Police are investigating a collision that occurred Thursday morning at 6:55 AM EDT, 9 miles west of Lebanon on US 0068.

KSP says Goebel R Morgeson, 81, of Lebanon was operating a 2006 International Bus. He was traveling west and was attempting a turnabout when he pulled into the path of a 1999 Honda traveling east. The Honda was operated by Burrell Hartley, 50, of Oglethorpe, GA.

Hartley was belted but was taken to Springview Hospital for minor injuries. Goebel was belted and not injured.
