Search Warrant Leads To Felony Arrests

Michelle Radford was involved in the theft of funds exceeding $179,000 from an online internet business.

MADISONVILLE, KY (WBKO) -- At approximately 2:30 Monday afternoon, April 21, the Kentucky State Police arrested Michelle Radford on felony charges stemming from a four-month long investigation.

Detective Lonnie Kavanaugh received information on December 18, 2013, Michelle Radford was involved in the theft of funds exceeding $179,000 from an online internet business.

Through investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the residence of Michelle and Ronald Radford Jr. As a result, Michelle Radford was arrested and charged with Unlawful Access to a Computer – 1st Degree, and Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 or More, but Under $1,000,000.

Ronald Radford Jr. was at the residence at the time the search warrant was executed, and subsequently arrested for Possession Of A Handgun By A Convicted Felon.

Both subjects were taken to the Hopkins County Detention Center.
