NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (WBKO) -- Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul R-Kentucky was one of the featured speakers this afternoon at the Conservative Political Action Conference also known as CPAC.
He spoke out strongly against President Obama's administration.
He said Obama is infringing on American's rights and the constitution.
"The Constitution merely codifies what exists before all time. Mr. President we will not let you run rough shod over our rights. We will challenge you in the courts. We will battle you at the ballot box. Mr. President we will not let you shred our constitution," said Paul.
"As our voices rise in protest, the NSA monitors your every phone call. If you have a cell phone, you are under surveillance. I believe what you do on your cell phone is none of their damn business," said Paul.
Paul was among many speakers that included Sarah Palin and Kentucky's other Sen. Mitch McConnell R-Kentucky.
He is widely being considered as a presidential candidate in 2016.
