Several Pounds of Marijuana Seized in Hart County

A traffic stop leads to several pounds of marijuana being found today along I-65 in Hart County.
Kentucky State Police say it arrested Barbara Perdomo and Ricardo Perez Torres both of Miami, Florida with trafficking marijuana over five pounds when they found 15 pounds of the drug.
Police also say Perdomo is also charged with failure to wear a seat belt.
KSP pulled the two over as a result of that seat belt violation.
Both are now in the Hart County jail, and the investigation is still ongoing.
