SKyPAC is working on giving The Capitol Arts building a makeover.

Those working on the project say is important to keep the building going, since it's encouraged the arts in Bowling Green for so long.

New paint has been splashed on the walls, and new floors have been laid in the gallery.

A new ticket office is now open daily in The Capitol Arts building.

SKyPAC officials say, they are also looking to update the building in other ways, by asking you what the future purpose of the building should be.

"We're going to ask the community how they would like to see us use it. What things they would think would be best suited for this facility. No doubt that will give us new, and even better ideas," SKyPAC Chairman of the Board, Bill Leachman says.

The new Capitol Arts ticket office is open daily 11-6.

Tickets for events at both The Capitol and SKyPAC can now be purchased at The Capitol.
