(WBKO)-- --One of two new suspects charged in connection with the disappearance of nursing student Holly Bobo has appeared in court for the first time.
42-year old Jeffrey Pearcy and his brother Mark Pearcy were both arrested on May 29th and charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact.
Court documents show the brothers were arrested because of a video on an electronic device that is believed to be beneficial to the on-going investigation.
Jeffrey appeared before a judge in Henderson County yesterday morning.
The judge entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.
He was later released on a $25,000 bond with a requirement that he wear a GPS tracker on his ankle at all times.
Mark Pearcy remains in Carroll County where he is being held without bond.
Holly Bobo was last seen on April 13th, 2011.
