Suspect Ransacks Home, Steals Car From Driveway

Sheriff's deputies say someone stole a car in Louisville, ransacked a home in Barren County, then stole a different car.

It happened Wednesday on Happy Valley Road near the Warren-Barren County line.

Police say someone stole a black Honda Civic from the Bluegrass Muffler in Louisville at about 5 a.m.

Then, the suspect drove to the home on Happy Valley Road, broke in and stole a different car that was in the driveway.

Police are looking for the second car.

It is a 1999 Nissan Maxima.

Champagne color with 4 doors.

Police say surveillance footage from the muffler store shows a man described as a tall slender build.
