BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Eighteen teams from area businesses and organizations, including WBKO gathered to compete in this year's Spell-a-bration tonight. The adult spelling bee raises money for Community Education which provides after-school programs for children, and continuing education opportunities for adults. As you can see, the teams are invited to be a little creative with their themes and costumes.
"They really get into it. We have several tables as you'll see here that are dressed up. We kind of encourage them to do their tables and their teams and just really have fun ith it, because that's what it's all about," said Community Education's Emily Ulber.
The team from Community Action won tonight's competition. They followed last year's winners from the Warren County Public Library.
