You have the chance to help a teen this holiday season through the teen angel tree program, from now until Thursday.
The Vision Council is accepting monetary donations and gift cards from Walmart, K-Mart, Target, and Greenwood Mall.
Giving has been down this season and any dollar amount will help a teen in need.
"Any dollar amount is a value because each dollar amount goes straight toward purchasing items for those teenagers. None of it goes toward any agency and people can now make donations through December 9 at one of three locations," said Debi Wade Jordan.
If you would like to donate to the program, you can go to Community Education, WKU's Alive Center, or the Housing Authority Learning Center.
