CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Two Tennessee men charged with killing a Fort Campbell solder who was giving them a ride home will face a jury starting Monday.
The Leaf-Chronicle reported that 19-year-old Giovanne Treymane Johnson, and 18-year-old Rakeem Rashan Jones will face a joint trial in Clarksville for the death of 22-year-old Spc. Taylor Hotzoglou.
Both charged with first-degree murder, felony murder and aggravated robbery.
Hotzoglou was shot multiple times on April 28 after giving the two teenagers a ride. Hotzoglou was found by a passer-by dead in his car.
